Responsibilities
- Assist in designing social media creatives such as posts, stories, banners, and advertisements.
- Support the team in creating visual concepts for digital campaigns and brand communication.
- Help design print materials like brochures, flyers, and posters when required.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand design requirements.
- Adapt designs to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Create designs in English, Marathi, and Hindi when needed.

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Sigil Advertising, you will work closely with our creative team designing social media creatives, brand collateral, and print materials across a range of client accounts — with room to take on more ownership as you grow.

- Design social media creatives such as posts, stories, banners, and advertisements for multiple client brands.
- Create visual concepts for digital campaigns and brand communication, from brief to final file.
- Design print materials like brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging support material when required.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand and execute design requirements independently.
- Ensure every design aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives across projects.

Video Editor Intern
Sigil Advertising is looking for a creative and motivated Video Editor Intern to join our growing team. If you enjoy cutting reels, shaping raw footage into a story, and want real-world experience editing for client brands and social media campaigns, this opportunity is for you.
As a Video Editor Intern at Sigil Advertising, you will assist our creative team in editing short-form video content for social media, ad campaigns, and client brand communication. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong editing portfolio while learning how a professional advertising agency operates.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video content such as Reels, Shorts, and social media ads from raw footage.
- Assist in cutting and formatting video content for digital ad campaigns across platforms.
- Add basic motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions in line with brand guidelines.
- Sync audio, add background music, and balance sound levels for a polished final cut.
- Add subtitles/captions and export videos in the correct format and aspect ratio for each platform.
- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and version history.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand brief and turnaround requirements.
- Stay updated with short-form video trends and platform-specific formats.
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects knowledge is a plus).
- Understanding of pacing, timing, and storytelling through editing.
- Basic knowledge of colour correction and sound editing.
